About Us

Children are naturally curious and eager to discover and learn. Through our age appropriate activities we encourage and support this learning in a playful environment, in which they also practice their social skills, build friendships and learn to deal with conflict in an acceptable manner.

Our goal is also to strengthen them in their independence and self confidence, which will later stand them in good stead when starting their formal schooling.

As it is not an easy decision to make when selecting a suitable Kindergarten for your child, we invite you to visit us at the Kindergarten to see us first hand and to ask any questions you might have.

Application for Enrolment 2019

“Both my children have attended the kindergarten, they loved every minute of it! The teachers are so devoted to the kids and there is a great blend of play and structure to the day, great preparation for school. A happy place to grow, learn and just be a kid!” – Joanne Johansen

We were part of the Deutscher Kindergarten Bellville from 2010 until 2015, with both our daughters attending the Kindergarten. Our children absolutely loved going to Kindergarten every day and miss it even today. The teachers are wonderful with the children and it is a safe, fun and entertaining environment! Both our children attended the Aftercare and loved it to bits. As parents, we also felt very included and part of a big happy family. The Deutscher Kindergarten Bellville has a very special place in our hearts and we recommend it without hesitation. – The Brügers family

Having been part of the German kindergarten community for a number of years, we have come to appreciate the warmth, enthusiasm and dedication of the staff. As a parent of a multilingual child, we particularly valued the advice to follow the “one face; one language” rule proposed by the kindergarten. 5 years on, we reap the benefits of this advice as our daughter is proficient in German and identifies with the culture. – Liezl Hitzeroth
